Testimonial quotes
In six steps, you'll have your own Schwab branch.
1. Evaluate the opportunity
A franchise sales director works to understand your situation, what you're looking to change, and what you want for the future.
2. Meet Schwab partners
You'll get to know our team, and we'll get to know yours. We'll introduce you to specialists who will support you and your clients and answer any questions you have.
3. Define your market
We'll analyze your market's household and asset opportunities—along with Schwab's market share—to define your territory. All existing and new account leads in your territory will be assigned to your branch. Additionally, Schwab will seed your new franchise with a select group of Schwab clients to support you in your transition.
4. Select your location
Schwab's real estate team will help you select a location based on traffic flow, retail footprint, and brand positioning opportunities. We'll handle lease negotiations, construction, and other related details. And the cost of your build-out will be distributed over the first five-year term of your franchise.
5. Transition to Schwab
Your transition manager will lead a team of specialists in executing your unique transition plan, which will include a robust training program, help with client conversions, ACAT tracking, and more. You'll even have access to regional specialists who will provide ongoing support to help you meet your clients' needs and plan for future growth.
6. Open your branch
As your opening date approaches, your franchise marketing consultant will help you plan and execute your grand opening event. We'll also help with your marketing strategy that lets everyone know you're the new face of Schwab in your community. Once your doors are open, your marketing consultant will stay on to help you leverage the Schwab brand, cultivate your local market, and grow your business.
