Matt Ackermann: Every financial advisor's journey to the Schwab's Branch Network is different and we love to hear them all. Joined today by Nate Farnell to hear a little about his journey and his story. Now Nate, you came from the independent channel. Talk to me about why and how you ended up at Schwab's Branch Network.

Nate Farnell: It wasn't an easy decision when you're running your own shop out there in the independent space, but as I was, I guess looking to the future, I think I was looking at the industry landscape and where I wanted to be in that. This is our livelihood.

Matt A.: Transitioning to a new business model can seem overwhelming to advisors, but we've got today an advisor, Lonnie Struckman, who's made it work and perhaps can give an example for other advisors. Lonnie, welcome.

Lonnie S.: Matt, welcome.

Matt A.: So Lonnie tell me a little bit about your story, your transition.

Lonnie S.: Well, man, I'm from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I transitioned from regional firm and really just wanted to open a Schwab franchise and be the face of Schwab.

Matt Ackerman: Crystal, you're still relatively new to Schwab's Independent Branch Network. Tell me a little bit about your story and what attracted you to Schwab?
